Lesson 7: the Revelation of Jesus Christ
Objective: to look at prophecy and prepare for the coming of Christ.
A. Jesus Christ
- Write down your impression of Jesus Christ as John describes Him (Rev. 1:9-20).
B. The Churches
- Name the 7 churches John was to write to, and tell the main message he was to give to each (c. 2-3)
C. Final Events
- What great events are described in Rev. 19:1-21?
- What will be the fate of the devil at the beginning of Christ’s thousand-year reign? (20:1-3)
- What will be the fate of the devil at the end of Christ’s thousand-year reign? (20:7-10)
- What will be the final fate of all unbelievers? (20:11-15)
- What are 3 ways in which the Christian’s ultimate destiny will differ from this present existence? (21:1-9)

- How can you prepare spiritually for Christ’s coming and the events that will be taking place?
