Objective: to see the gospel amplified and defined.
A. Hebrews
- What are 4 things a Christian must do, according to Heb. 10:22-25?
- Summarize the lines of argument the writer uses to support these commands (10:26-34).
- What heart attitude did the original readers of Hebrews need in order to remain true to Christ in the midst of persecution? (10:35-39)
- By what means did the Old Testament believers acquire this necessary heart attitude? (11:1-39)
- In view of the way these Old Testament believers lived, what should you do? (12:1-4)
B. James
- Why should the Christian consider adversity a reason for great happiness? (Jas. 1:2-4, 12)
