1 John 4:7-8—God is love (others-centered action, always seeking others’ best based on a decision of the will)
Isaiah 6:3—God is holy (perfect, qualified, and set apart as exclusively worthy of glory)

Exodus 20:5-6—God punishes the sin of those who hate Him & shows love to those who love & obey Him
